Packing
We will happily pack and label your personal belongings (does not include furniture & appliances) and assist you in sorting through possessions to help you decide what to bring and what to discard, donate, store or sell - Handle disposal of unwanted items - Complete change of address forms. Unpacking: Our unpacking service can be custom tailored to your specific needs. We can unpack one box or settle your entire household! We will put dishes away in cupboards, organize your kitchen, hang clothing in closets, professionally hang pictures and mirrors, and even make your beds! We will put everything in its proper place. Upon completion, empty boxes and packing materials will be carted away. Second Set of Hands run errands, pick up dinner or shop for last minute items for your new home.

Move In/Out Cleaning
Second Set of Hands offers “roll up your sleeves” detailed cleaning to insure that the property you are moving into or leaving behind is “spic and span” from top to bottom.

Change of address notification for mail, newspaper and magazine subscriptions.

Gather community information (local & new destination) to include: schools, daycare, shopping areas, local post office, banks, police station, fire station, hospitals, gas stations, libraries, community activities and emergency calling services. Locate new service providers: Contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers, insurance companies etc.

Home Staging Services
Whether you need help with one room or the entire house Second Set of Hands will consider the following when staging your home for show: Clutter elimination, organizing, furniture placement and lighting. To insure that each room will be shown at its finest SSH will evaluate each room and list repairs and or improvements that may hold the key in the re-sale potential of your home.
