Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment is due at time of service.
Hours of Operation
Business office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm., Monday – Friday
Evening and week-end appointments available but may incur additional charges.
Conditions
We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.
We request that you provide at least 24-hours or more lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on first come, first serve basis.
We require 24-hour cancellation notice on all scheduled appointments (not including requests of an emergency or same day nature). If you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, SSH has the right to bill you for 50% of the estimated time of your appointment. Cancellation will be effective only if it is communicated to SSH by the client who scheduled the appointment.
Second Set of Hands works primarily in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Services requested outside of this area may incur additional charges.
Second Set of Hands holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
(All jobs requiring two people (i.e. moving furniture, heavy lifting etc) are billed at double time. (Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice).
